Beginning Quilting Part Two

The Double Irish Chain quilt pattern is a classic beauty with a surprising simple construction.
This class will focus on quilting techniques of nesting and squaring up to improve your block construction for any quilt.

We will make the two blocks for this quilt in class using pre-cut kits for 2 blocks.

PRE-CUT Quilt kits for a 56" x 66" quilt are available for purchase at Randy's Sewing Center.
The kit includes the fabric for the top and the binding.
You will need to purchase fabric for the backing separately.

Materials and Supplies
Bring your toter machine or Use our classroom machines.

Bring your basic sewing kit with thread snips/scissors, a good quality thread of neutral color, long, sharp straight pins, and a 5.5 or 6.5 inch square quilters ruler.
