Fabric Boxes

Fabric boxes can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes and they have a
multitude of uses. Use large ones for soft toy boxes or craft supplies. Use in the sewing room to keep scissors, marking pencils and other tools organized or as a thread catcher.
Please register at least 48 hours before scheduled class.
Supply List
Sewing Machine (let us know if you need to use one of ours)
Walking foot highly recommended for this project
Rotary Cutter and ruler, Straight pins or clips
Small scissors of snips, Marking tool
Materials List
Fabric: 2 coordinating fat quarters of non-directional fabrics
1/2 yard medium to heavy weight iron-on interfacing - optional
coordinating good quality machine Thread for seaming & topstitching (40 or 50 weight is recommended)
Cotton batting or felt (10" x 10")
Optional - Craft Buttons 1/2inch or 3/4 inch diameter - 4 to 8 for each box
